Rallynuts are a Lifeline approved service agent. Lifeline fire extinguisher systems should be serviced every 2 years per manufacturer's recommendations. We empty the extinguisher, inspect the bottle, replace all seals, refill and label with a dated service label.
In order to be able to carry out this work, the following criteria must be met:
The bottle has a 10 year bottle life & must not be more than 6 years since the date of manufacture or last service.
The bottle must be in good condition (no large dents or deep marks).
All fire extinguishers should be properly packaged with safety pin securely held in place with tape or a cable tie when returned to us. Please fill out and return with the returns form which can be found here.
Servicing and refills are usually completed within a week but this may alter during busy periods. Please keep this in mind when preparing for an event. We will advise lead time when you book or purchase the service/Refill.
If you are based in the UK (Mainland) and would like for us to collect the bottle from you - please select the Collection service above. You will need to let us know the collection address in the order notes, if different from the address on the order/account. Collection will be booked for the next available weekday - unless otherwise specified. Alternatively, the extinguisher can be dropped of to us by you.
