The Story so Far

Where it all started
We have been trading in the Motorsport industry since 1992 and have been involved in everything from preparing race and rally cars, to on-event service and management, through to supplying International race and rally teams with products and services. Our business has evolved into a specialist retail, e-commerce and mail order company that serves customers from around the World on a daily basis.

The business was originally founded by Nick James and operated from various locations over 23 years in beautiful Cornwall, down in the far South West of the UK. From there we dispatched goods to over 100 of the World's Countries, with regular weekly shipments to over twenty of them. Rallynuts has accounts and distributorships with over sixty of the largest and most well respected companies in the Performance and Motorsport industry Worldwide.

Changes in 2014
2014 saw Rallynuts become Rallynuts Limited and the company made it's final move within Cornwall, to much larger premises, where space allowed for easier and clearer operations, which made running the business more efficient and enjoyable. After around 16 months at the new location, an even more exciting development was just around the corner, in reality something that the company would have benefitted from many years ago, but not without major changes to the founder and his family's way of life....

October 2015 
2015 became the year that Rallynuts Limited bid a fond farewell to Cornwall and made the 250 mile move up to the Midlands. On the 20th of October 2015, the newly formed company Rallynuts Motorsport Limited, took over the operation, from its new home in Redditch, which for those who don't know it, is just below Birmingham in the heart of the Industrial Midlands area of the UK. The company now comprises Paul Bonas and Craig Cameron, who are supported by a team of people, all working together to enable Rallynuts to grow and transform into the place to source all the products you need, for your rallying and motorsport requirements.

Rallynuts Showroom
Since opening our Midlands-based showroom in 2015, it has proven to be a popular destination for both local customers and those traveling from further afield. Our central location makes the showroom a convenient stop from anywhere in the UK. 

The Team
Over the years, our team has continued to grow, with all of our staff sharing a passion for motorsport & often spectating at or participating in events themselves. You may have even spotted the boss, Paul Bonas, out on the stages, either in the Rallynuts Subaru or, more recently, in the Fiesta R5 car.

Events
We have proudly sponsored the Rallynuts Stages Rally since 2016, and in 2024, we’re thrilled to sponsor the Hills Ford Stages Rally for the first time. Giving back to the sport is hugely important to us. With much of the team coming from the racing or rallying world, sponsoring events and being involved in events helps to keep us connected to our customers and the industry we love.
