The Arai GP-7 SRC ABP Carbon Helmet is Aria's strongest helmet ever made, meeting the highest safety standards FIA 8860-2018 ABP (Advanced Ballistic Protection) that was made mandatory in Formula 1 since 2019. The helmet is Made entirely from hand laid carbon fibre - making it ultra light weight and strong. The helmet is suitable for us with a FHR/HANS device. The helmet is supplied with the Arai PED spoiler kit and has HANS/FHR posts fitted as standard. The SRC construction is designed to flex without splintering. Please note: the GP-7 SRC ABP helmet is supplied without any top vents fitted (vent holes are left open). Each helmet box will contain a package with various ventilation ducts so that the driver can choose what’s most suitable.
