| How much is postage/shipping? |
| The total price, including postage/shipping to any country will be displayed after adding the product to your shopping basket. The price is calculated by our system and in most cases very accurate. There are occasions when the shipping quoted is too much, in which case you will be refunded some of the price and sometimes doesn't cover the costs to get the goods to you, in which case we will contact you to advise of any additional funds required to enable the order to be shipped and completed. If you feel the the price shown isn't correct or representative, please contact us and we'll check the price for you. |
| Do you have this product in stock? |
| Many products on our web site are either in stock or available to us for dispatch within 3 working days, the website displays the range of products available to order, but does not show actual stock due to some of the restrictions of the software currently employed. Not all products are physically available all the time and despite an ever growing stock of Motorsport products, no company has everything all of the time. Please remember you are buying very specialist Motorsport products which are manufactured in small batches and in comparison to the normal retail sector sell in very low quantities. We strive to complete all orders as fast as physically possible, but if we can't obtain something, we cannot magic it to your door! |
| Can I return/exchange this item? |
| Products can be returned or exchanged providing they are returned to us in their original packaging and are undamaged. We operate in accordance with the UK's 'Distance Selling Regulations'. As far as returns go, we'd prefer you only order goods you actually want or need and if you have any queries that need answering prior to ordering, please ring us or e-mail us for help. We appreciate it isn't always easy to decide on a product without trying it on or seeing it in the flesh, but unfortunately the increasing number of products specially ordered to 'just have a look at' being returned, does have a damaging effect on the whole of our industry. So please help us to meet your requirements first time, check the size charts carefully, make sure you have ordered the right size and colour and that you've contacted us if you have any doubts as to the suitability of a product before ordering. |
| What is VAT? |
| VAT or Value Added Tax is only applicable to customers in the UK and the EU. If you are an EU customer and have a valid VAT number for your country, add the number in the box provided when you order and the VAT will be refunded to you, once your number has been verified. For customer in the Channel Isles or other such exempt locations, just change the delivery address country and you will see the VAT is removed in your basket. |
| Can I order online? Is it safe? |
| We encourage online ordering, as it's easy and completely safe. All details are transmitted via our Secure Server and we use the latest industry standard encryption to ensure your details are completely safe. We have NEVER had any kind of security breach ... and we have been trading for over 17 years!!! It is safer to order on-line than over a telephone and as a consumer with a credit or debit card, you are protected completely by your bank. |
| Do you accept Credit Card payments? |
| We can accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, Switch, Maestro, UK Electron and Delta. We also accept payment by PayPal, Cheque, Cash in a registered delivery or bank transfer. We currently make no charge for any payment method, but the onus is on the customer to ensure we receive the full value of the invoice. |
| What if I want to speak to someone about my order? |
| You can telephone our customer services number on 01209 822 351 (+44 1209 822 351 from outside the UK) between 9am and 1pm daily Monday to Friday. Outside these hours there is an answer phone ready to take any messages, please leave your name, telephone number and e-mail address and we'll come back to you shortly. We respond to e-mails as quickly as we can between the hours of 9am and 9pm. We typically receive over 300 genuine e-mails a day and sometimes, there may be a delay in getting back to you. This is not intentional and there are times when finding out the information you have requested can take a while, please bear with us during these times and by all means remind us anytime with a follow up call or e-mail. |
